How to receive the group discounts
To receive the group discounts, please provide your details by submitting an enquiry. One of our travel consultants will contact you within three business days.

Terms and conditions

  • Discount rates:

    Japan tours
    For a group of 10 or more passengers booking our Japan tours*, each member in the group is entitled to an 8% discount per person on the tour price of your chosen tour. *Excluding ski tours.

    Japan Family Ski tours
    For a family of 2 adults and 2 children or more booking our family ski tours, each group is entitled to an 8% discount per family on the tour price of your chosen tour.

    Non-family ski tours
    For a group of 4 or more passengers booking our non-family ski tours, each member in the group is entitled to an 8% discount per person on the tour price of your chosen tour.

  • Age requirements:

    Japan tours and non-family ski tours
    To qualify for group discounts, the passengers must be 15 years of age and older and travel on the same tour on the same dates.

    Family ski tours
    To qualify for group discounts, the passengers must include at least 2 adults plus 2 children aged 6 years and older and travel on the same tour on the same dates.

  • Group discounts are applicable on all tours listed on https://www.kintetsu.com.au/group-booking-discount/ page, but are subject to availability.
  • Group discounts will be applied against the twin-share base per person price (Standard Price), solo traveller rates, triple-share rates and per-family prices.
  • All bookings with the group discounts are valid for travel up to 7 July 2024, and all travel must be booked no later than 23 April 2024.
  • Group discounts will be applied at the time of the original booking. Passengers added to the booking subsequently will not be eligible for the discount.
  • If individual cancellations result in the group size falling below the qualifying number required, we reserve the right to reduce or withdraw the discount.
  • Group booking will be administered through a single contact email address, which will be used for all communications between your group and us.
  • To qualify for group discounts, one member of your group must agree to take on the following responsibility:
    – Read and understand our general booking policy, including payment and cancellations.
    – [Compulsory] Communicate to all group members our policies.
  • The group discounts exclude flights, pre/post-tour accommodation, rail passes, or any products other than the tours listed on https://www.kintetsu.com.au/group-booking-discount/.
  • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
  • The discounts will be applied to your final invoice, not your deposit payment.
  • The discount prices will always be rounded up to the nearest dollar. (For example, if the discount is $ 300.24, it will be rounded up to $301)
  • We may change or withdraw this group discount at any time without notice.
  • All tours are subject to availability, the price quoted and booking terms and conditions at the time of booking.
  • The travellers must agree and authorise Kintetsu to collect information about you and any other person named in the booking so that we can process the travel arrangements on your behalf.
